Wearing my sexiest outfit and feeling FREE. I am on a road trip, for the first time in the US. I have always been the kind of person who just wants to get there, enjoy an return. Feeling the necessity to rush, get there take it all in and return because I have to work. Let’s also make something clear, my work is my craft and I it, so it really is not work, it is my art. What a race, my own race, the race of time, money, success, all a different perspective for all of us.... I can say I was but aware of how much I Stressed my body and mind, felt daily. the calm and slowing down, allowing my body to flow with its natural Rythm , was such a gift everything knew how to take care of itself. I really felt when I needed to rest, I felt my body telling me you are hungry and wow want a luxury to prepare and eat my meal with grace. Honestly, I made some many promises to myself, I will cultivate more balance, I will take more time, I will be lessBusy & overstimulated with technology.... And then I started to fall on my old ways, I got angry, my sciatica acted up ... now im uncontrollably annoyed y the pain and i kept pushing why? Because I had made commitments, I had to pay bills, I had .... whatever however many excuses I told myself . Well I got it, I get it . I was mad at myself at not valuing myself enough to honor the changes I had promised myself. That’s was it, I had to see and feel the contrast to really see myself in the mirror and Make a change, Be a change for myself and the world around me. so here I am resetting, being honest with myself, creating changes that may not be on for others but will be the key to my joy and peace. Of you are feeling off, mad that life is getting to busy again, and confused, know you are not alone, and that is ok to HONOR your peace . Contrast shows us what we need to change if we choose to. We are stronger and more courageous than we think! Let’s do this See more
