My corporate taxes are done by an accountant, but my personal taxes, I have always done on my own using a tax app, but only the ones available by the IRS. Those have ALWAYS been free and there are no strings attached. Be careful of the so-called FREE versions on TV, for some, are bait and switch. To be sure you have the right free one, go to irs.gov/freefile. If you make less than 69K, DO NOT PAY TO HAVE YOUR TAXES DONE.
