All Orange County courthouses are closed as of today and I am closely monitoring the updates being provided. Due to the progression of coronavirus (COVID-19), my firm has closed our physical office until further notice. After OVER A YEAR of fighting, and multiple hearings with multiple expert witnesses, I won the DMV hearing and saved client from DUI penalties!

Misdemeanor case dismissed for insufficient evidence on the day of trial, thanks to body worn cameras that show what really happened, and district attorneys who do the right thing!

All felony charges dismissed, and one remaining misdemeanor charge will be dismissed in six months. Great result today for a great client.

Great no jail resolution today on a tough DUI case. Very proud of my client who has over 100 days sober
