It’s an honor and a privilege to get to be a part of it! I was born and raised in Marin County and the surrounding areas. I have a deep appreciation for the geography here, and an intimate knowledge of the land, and the local market. There’s no better place to live, work or play!! I gra...duated from UC Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology, I thought I would become a veterinarian. Instead I worked in a law firm, at a veterinary hospital, on a cannabis farm, and as an income tax advisor. It was when my husband and I purchased a personal property that I discovered my passion for real estate, especially negotiation. Now, I get to help my clients make important moves in their lives, and I get to help protect them, and their investment, in the process. My clients are the bold heroes of their own stories and I’m honored to guide and protect them along the way. My specialty is residential & investment property sales, aka 1031 exchanges. Strategy and negotiation are my value to your pocketbook. I love keeping my clients’ money on their side of the table. My value to you is in marketing and more importantly, negotiation, which is why I never represent both parties in a transaction. Never have and never will. When not working, I’m with my family, and likely near a beach. Animals are my passion and I donate a portion of my time and money to animal rescues. Two of my favorites are the Marine Mammal Center out at the gorgeous Marin Headlands and the German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California. Although, at this point we’ve adopted so many animals, my husband says we’ve started out own rescue.
