It's ALL about the details with this one!! You can most definitely tell an artist lives here. Love the pool house too, perfect for entertaining this summer. I certainly ne...ver saw what 2020 had in store for us, personally or globally. Who knew in January 2020 that the real estate market would be THIS bananas, rates at an all time low, families making moves for various reasons and very low inventory. Then you throw in a virtual world, real estate agents weren't originally essential, phones didn't ring for a week, millions unemployed, I was stressed so badly my hair was falling out by the handfuls, SERIOUSLY. I made a choice to throw everything I had into my business, unfortunately for every action there is a reaction. I felt it was either sink or swim...I swam my ass off...this year has set a new benchmark and I far exceeded my business goals, there were definitely growing pains for various reasons. Signing Day in Tallac Village This awesome couple recently moved here from Chicago. We started speaking a few months ago before their move, about their wants and needs in a new home in Sacramento. The day after they arrived I had logistics ready to go with 8 homes in different neighborhoods. They really loved 2 houses and we placed on offer on their favorite. We ran into multiple offers and ultimately stood out from the other offers and got into contract the next day ... They have patiently been staying in an extended stay hotel the last 30 days and are all set to be official Sacramento homeowners next week! Signing Day! So incredibly excited for my clients, we found their unicorn property and closings next week! As we grow and change so do our needs in a home. From starter home, to up- sizing to accommodate a growing family to downsizing once we become empty nesters. This tri-level home they have enjoyed for the past 30 years is no longer the best fit for them, as they enjoy their retirement years.
