The Pandemic has kept us locked down with not many choices of exercising. This article is very good for those who work out in our home. Some Medicare Advantage Plans offer home equipment. Ask me about home equipment.

Free Groceries for Members with Specific Chronic Conditions We wanted to remind you of a key benefit that makes getting groceries and other essential items easier and safer for our members with Special Supplemental Benefits for Chronic Illness (SSBCI benefits). Available on select plans, SSBCIs allow members with qualifying conditions, including diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic lung disease, asthma, congestive heart failure (CHF), cancer, and co...ronary artery disease, access to additional benefits to help manage their conditions. Select Centene plans offer a grocery delivery benefit through Shipt that allows members with the chronic conditions listed above to receive plan-approved grocery and retail items delivered directly to their homes the same day they order them. The Grocery Benefit Includes: A prepaid annual membership to Shipt $50 - $75 credit per month for approved items (depending on the plan) Free same-day delivery ($35 minimum order required) Members in plans that offer the SSBCI grocery benefit can check with Customer Service to verify their eligibility. Eligible members may already have an SSBCI rider code on their account. Those members can use that code to create a Shipt account and login. Monthly benefits are preloaded each month. If there is no SSBCI rider code on their account but the member has a qualifying condition, Customer Service can help by connecting them to the Care Coordination team for further evaluation. Care Coordination can reach out to the member’s primary care provider or the specialist treating the condition to verify eligibility. Ask me to check and see if your eligible for $600-$900 in groceries per year.

Here's a good article on Mattresses. Since there will be plenty of sales over the next month this should be helpful information.
