MEDI is attending the 71st Annual California School Nurses Organization Conference! The conference will of course be virtual this year (visit the CSNO website for more info), but come visit us between 2:30 and 3:30 pm on Friday, February 5th and between 2:30 and 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 6th. For those that may be suffering from depression during theses difficult times, please call the National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357. They offer services in English and Spanish. Also, there is an English only text helpline where you text Home to 741741. In the UK, you text home to 85258 and in Ireland you text 50808. In the East Bay here in California, there is a crisis line at 1-800-309-2131. They have some Spanish speakers and depending on availability they also have access to a translation line with many more languages. We do hope that anyone who needs services will get them. If you hurt, we all hurt. You are valuable!
