Our stock has been suspended from trading due to lack of current information, we have not filed the required disclosure statements. We have been trying to complete and file our financial reports however we were unable to do so in time before this action. After speaking with the SEC about our current situation, we agreed that the best course of action for us is to withdraw our registration, then re-file a Form 10 to re-register our stock. This route is the fastest and least... costly means back to the OTC as a fully reporting company, so I plan to file the paperwork Monday morning to withdraw the registration of our stock. The form 10 filing requires two years audited financial statements, so we plan to begin the audit process and prepare the Form 10. Withdrawing our registration means that we will be a private company until such time as we re-register our stock with the SEC. All MYEC shares remain valid and ownership of the company does not change, only how the stock can be traded. This has been something that we have been contemplating as a reboot solution, however we believed our accountants would have completed the financial reports much sooner. Now the decision has been made and we have a clear direction that is the quickest, least expensive path. In the interim, we are looking at new options available to us as a private company including investment opportunities and strategic partners that can help us with needed resources to grow in Africa. In retrospect it was a mistake not replacing our accountants, they have not performed the work for which they were contracted, and I do not know why. It’s my fault for not taking the appropriate action. We are not going to waste any more time, we’re bringing in new professionals that will get the financials and audit done quickly. We have not changed any other plans. We have some debt in Israel that we need to resolve asap, and additional investment is required there to grow revenue, so we intend to raise some investment capital as a private company.

We will be filing updated reports with the OTC. I have some of the financial reports ready to go, we are changing accountants within the same firm (NowCFO) to help finish up and get us current. I'll have a timeline from her early next week. We have also resolved several outstanding debt and legal issues. For example an old judgement from Ribeiro Development (old landlord) has been satisfied, and a couple of lawsuits are being settled. We are making progress on all fronts, once our financials are current we can fund growth.
