I declare this week Cake Week. Cakes being baked in our kitchen this week. All gluten free of course: 1. Paleo chocolate cake with df, sf chocolte ganache - sugars maple syrup and honey, flours - coconut flour with paleo baking powder... 2. Paleo white cake with vegan sweet potato frosting - sugars maple syrup and honey, flours coconut flour with paleo baking powder. 3. Carrot cake df. With dairy free buttercream frosting - sugars cane and brown, flours corn starch and rice flour non gmo 4. Angel food cake with coconut sugar 5. Molasses cake - naked. Customer provided frosting. 6. Keto chocolate cake -sugars monkfruit/erythritol blend, flours almond flour with a hint of espresso powder to bring out the chocolate flavor New skills this week. Using coconut flour, testing with full fat coconut cream, learning the difference between paleo and keto and sweet potatoes as a frosting ingredient! Stay tuned for our newest summer Blondie flavor. It’s tangy!
