Happy Friday Meadow Glen! We would like to invite you to start your Spring Cleaning with us. We have conveniently listed below our Community Policies to adhere to going forward. We ask that all breezeways, balconies, doorways and common areas are free and clear of debris and clutter. ITEMS TO BE REMOVED from Patios / Staircases / Entries: 1. Indoor furniture stored outside, couches, lazy boys, recliners etc. 2. BBQ grills... 3. Boxes, brooms, mops, toys etc. 4. Any items being stored under staircases or walkways. 5. Potted plants that are dead need to be removed. 6. Debris/Clutter APRIL 19TH We will begin patio inspections to ensure everyone is compliant. You have 2 weeks to ready your space. Please take advantage between now and April 22nd to take pride in maintaining your patio or exterior. Let’s help keep Meadow Glen a place everyone wants to call home.
