As a woman, I am horrified by the filth that has been designated to lead our country. I am disgusted by the fact that a "man" who has normalized the hatred, harassment and assault of women has been elected leader of the free world. This is the tone that has been set in our country. This is the example by which this ignorant trash would lead. Women I say to you, there has never been a time when it was more important to be strong. Be prepared to fight for and defend yourselves ...and your sisters. Don't sit on the couch feeling sorry/depressed/sad. Get to the gym! Empower yourselves! Lift heavy weight! Put on muscle! Take up space and don't apologize for it! The next four years are going to take courage, energy, and strength. Be your own and each other's heroes. Take care of yourselves so that you can take care of each other. (And yes, I am accepting new clients. It would be a privilege to help you be your best self- come work out!!) See more
