Begin with Vision: One of the main practices I have in the New Year is to create a vision board to project the energy I want to create for the next year and beyond! I typically host Vision Board events in the New Year, but I encourage you to make a special board of your own at home. Fill it with things you want to manifest in your life for this year, and years to come! Be Grateful: Each New Year's Day I write a letter to myself. I fill it with all the things I am grateful for, and all of the things i wish to accomplish in the New Year! Whatever you end up doing, I wish you all a year filled with health, happiness, peace and love. Let's do this! #2021

LET'S SHAKE THINGS UP A BIT Instead of Motivation Monday, let's try MINDFUL Monday (since we all need a little peace right now) Here are 5 mindful practices you can use today (and everyday!) for more peace, mindfulness, and relaxation. ... 1.Go for a walk- On your daily morning (afternoon, evening, whatever floats your boat) take in as much beauty around you as you can. Clear your mind, and take time to appreciate all this is you, and all that surrounds you. 2. Breathe- Breathe in through the nose, hold for about 10-20 seconds, then exhale. Repeat if necessary 3. Stretching and Yoga- It is so important to stretch and move for daily relaxation and centering the mind. Take some time in a comfortable spot (outdoor is fun too!) to stretch out those muscles. 4. Gratitude List- Write down 5 things you are grateful for (do this daily first thing in the morning if you can!) What helps you stay mindful?
LET'S TALK ABOUT INSPECTIONS What are they? Why do you need them? When do you need them? Who does them? Well, while property inspections provide no guarantee, they will educate you as to the condition of a property.... In addition to the professional inspections listed below, you should take a close look at the property yourself. For example, inspect cupboards, doors, windows, flooring, counter tops, bath and kitchen fixtures, built-in appliances, stairways and banisters. Termite Report The Pest Report will indicate any type of wood destroying organisms that may be present. This includes termites, fungus, dry rot, etc. The seller usually provides this report. Physical Inspection Usually done by a General Home Inspector, a Physical Inspection is a thorough inspection of the house. The inspection results in an overall assessment of the present condition of the property. After receiving a referral for a wonderful little couple (and their adorable baby ) we chatted, connected over parenthood, and immediately hit it off!
