You will need: Oranges, whole cloves, toothpicks or pencil, ribbon of choice. -Use the toothpick or pencil to punch a hole in the orange (your desired design), then fill with cloves... -Continue to create your design and don't forget to add ribbon to hang your pomander or to display in a bowl Enjoy the fresh smell of oranges and clove! Fun Kids Project! These are so fun and a hit with the kids. All you need is an Orange, 4 pieces of twine, yarn or string cut to 24" lengths and bird seed. -With a sharp knife, cut the orange in half and scoop out the flesh. - Pierce 4 small holes on opposite sides, about 1/2" from the top edge of each half. -Thread one piece of twine through a hole, and out the opposite side. Repeat making a X... -Knot to secure, fill with bird seed and hang from a sturdy branch or hook. ENJOY! See more

Have you seen this netting on citrus groves around the valley?! It's likely you have, but do you know what they are for?? We grow @cutiescitrus mandarins that are not naturally seedless!
