Panelists will explore the drought, water and growth, alternative supplies (recycled water, stormwater, solar desalination), and conservation water rates under Proposition 218, among other topics. Sacramento Bee senior writer Dale Kasler will provide the luncheon keynote, sharing stories and lessons learned while reporting on California’s challenging water issues.
