I highly recommend Markus Brox for all of your insurance needs. He is patient, friendly and always willing to help. I have called him on two occasions in a panic with health insurance related issues that were on a strict deadline in order to keep me on my plan. He stopped doing whatever he was doing to assist me, and he made sure my payment and information went through before the deadline and at 8 PM at night!
