MAYA- Vegan Food

A few days ago I was talking to a woman who has been wanting to go vegan for years but it was too difficult for her. Too busy at work to learn how to cook vegan. I was telling her about my approach to vegan life , healthy eating and about MAYA VEGAN FOOD!... My Beautiful MAYA'S last week we were celebrating The 4th of July and this week we will celebrate delicious MAYA VEGAN FOOD We do prep meals, catering and much more!! This week for the prep meals we will be delivering on Friday and pickup on Friday as well *We will only do the prep meals if 5 people and more order* So tell your friends ,family and all your loved ones You get 3 meals ,all different delicious and of course VEGAN! This is MAYA My full name is Maayan but here every one calls me Maya. My beautiful husband Ash and I got married almost two years ago and went traveling the world. We have been in sevrel countries in South East Asia and then arrived here in the US. No plans, no money and lots of love and hope.... Not long after our amazing dog Beno from Israel joined us here and now we are planing our long road trip around the US. For now We are here and probley for a few more months exploring the LA life. I have been vegan for most of my life and have been cooking since I could. From all the traveling our cooking has become very diverse, colorful and always vegan. A new post on its way! What is MAYA? ??!!!

On friday I got a beautiful compliment from one of our costumers I made these beautiful malai kofta in the most delicious and authentic way I could. Just tried to remember the beautiful flavours and how it made me feel while eating it in India and honestly it came out just as I remembered. The customer with a huge smile on his face said to me that he hasn't tasted real malai kofta since he was in india 10 years ago until eating ours. Thats why I do what I do!...
