Hello Patrick, I am writing to you to let you know what a great home buying experience we had with our agent Mauricio Castro. We finally closed on our first home on 7/12/18 after 3 1/2 years of struggling to get something we could be happy with. Although our struggle seemed long, complicated and very frustrating at times, Mauricio was there every step of the way keeping us informed and calm by assuring us and providing effective solutions for ever obstacle that we encountered. His knowledge and resourcefulness came in handy every time we were ready to give up and even at our most desperate moments. We had two Escrow cancellations and 3rd time was the charm although it too had it's huge share of complications. Though we were looking to relocate from the San Fernando Valley into the Lakes communities (Elizabeth Lake, Leona Valley, Lake Hughes) and Antelope Valleys, Mauricio with his calm professional demeanor was always open to continue the search until we found what best met our family's needs and met our financial criteria. It was a journey that took over 3 years to complete but without his help I don't think the outcome would have turned out the same way. Some of our favorite qualities that kept us loyal to Mauricio as our agent was his honesty, transparency, integrity, drive and values as a family man and provider. He knew what was important to us and always kept that in mind. He never made us feel like we were bothering him even when he had to go on those super long drives and spend most of his day with us and our young children. He really understood what we were looking for although at first I don't think any of us knew how long or what a struggle we would have getting approved and using a CalHafa loan. I will definitely recommend Mauricio to my friends and family. Again, we want to just thank him and you for having such a great agent at your office who is reliable, honest and hard working. He diligently got us to where we always wanted to be. If it wasn't for his negotiation abilities and keeping his word, I don't know what would have happened but we are so glad we stuck it out and trusted him. He is a great asset in our opinion to Park Regency and helped us get our beautiful ranch home that was more than we could ever have imagined. Thank you Mauricio Castro and thank you Park Regency!
