Welcome back to the 2020-2021 school year! We are sensitive towards families who have faced a loss of income while also understanding that the PTA cannot function without fundraising. In addition, our school district, and many others, will be forced to make huge cuts because of a reduction of tax income. We have been in touch with our principal M. Guerrero and our teachers regarding their needs. We are going to have to cover gaps in areas that we haven’t had to before. That s...aid, we are considering a direct donation drive which will very clearly state that we are only asking for donations from those who can afford to give them and we don’t want to ask them to buy things they don’t need in order for us to make money. It’s really a tough spot, it will be harder than ever to fundraise and we will need to try to close the gap, now more than even, on things the district can’t provide. See more
