Tried to get in a hike of Mt Baldy yesterday with @jennyleean. Since we live in LA, we assumed it would be sunny and 72 degrees at 10,000ft. Started the drive and found out we were ill prepared for 42 degrees at the summit. Tried Burbank for an alternative hike and we we thwarted by steady rain. LA reduced us to a couple of basics climbing Runyon, but we got a hike in and the views weren't awful.
