Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul Facility with U-Haul products & services Use smartphone-based UHaul inventory management system to manage rentals and inventory Answer phone and respond to customer questions, including but not limited to; making reservations over the phone, confirming equipment availability, and describing UHaul brand products Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels and reporting damage/ required maintenance Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental Handle cash transactions and accurately report register closing totals Open and close store and follow opening/ closing procedures Inspect and fill propane tanks in accordance with state guidelines Other Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must possess valid CA driver’s license Applicant must be available to work Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 10am to 5pm weekly.
