Black Lives Matter. Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or ...is oppressed. It was said, O Messenger of Allah, we help the oppressed, but how do we help an oppressor? The Prophet said, By seizing his hand. In another narration, the Prophet said, By restraining him or preventing him from committing injustice, for that is how you support him. We must stand united! Let us never forget the injustice brought upon POC, and let us seize the hand of the oppressor. Some may be able to protest, some may be able to donate, some educate, some regulate, some vote, and some may battle racism with kind words to their class mates. Every little thing counts. Do what you can, and let’s fight this thing.
