In The Name Of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. As Salaamu Alaikum my name is Mukhtaar Ali Mujahid I am the Amir of Masjid Al Islam Oakland. First I must say that I have been a member of Masjid Al Islam for over 25 years. in 1991 I was elective Wazir of Security (Director of Security) I held this title for over 17 years. We have never had to use injury or deadly force, even though I am train for bothas of April 18, 2008 my good friend Amir Abdel Malik Ali step down as ...Amir of the Oakland Masjid. I was forced to step up to this position as the Amir of Masjid Al Islam. I asked Allah for His help and guidance and I accepted the job Al hamdullah over the years we have been face with internal problems related to our Founder Imam Musa arrogant and lack of care has force many members to leave the masjid and never to return. It’s my duty to help save the Masjid as well as Imam Musa from corruption. I have made this my mission to fight corruption at its core, we will not stand for arrogant leaders, Muslim or not. Al hamduli Llaaah (Praise be to Allah). We are committed to living Islam and following the last Prophet {P.B.U.H.}. Will you please help for Allah’s cause to rebuild a dream community that will help change the world Insha Allah? O Lord!
