Kundalini, "the yoga of awareness", aims to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others. Come cultivate your creative compassion with the Groundswell Project San Diego community Wednesday March 15, 6:30-7:30pm for a Sunset Beach Kundalini Yoga. And of course well be doing a per-yoga surf and post-yoga bonfire to keep the creative community flowing.
