This project seeks to connect Los Angeles' students with a free hotspot that would provide 100GB of yearly internet for 5 years. In order to qualify, students must: Live or attend a school in the City of LA... Join us for a studio visit with Eunsoo Jeong, creator of Koreangry, a comic/zine series based on her daily struggles as a Korean-American immigrant woman. She started Koreangry in 2016 after the election, to cope with her anxiety and fear. Eunsoo describes the main character in her zine as an alter-ego "angry version of herself. The armature, props and sets in her zines are handmade using found materials and mixed media. Eunso...o is an artist, color designer, illustrator and animator living in Los Angeles.
