A day at the studio
Field trip to San Francisco for VMA's creative discussions. Listened to people in the design world talk about personal stories and practices. Learned a lot ending with a fabulous dinner!
Grand Opening weekend of the Manetti Shrem Museum. It's amazing to finally see the results of all the hard work so many people have brought together. We're so honored to be apart of this historic event.
Beautiful weather, San Francisco Bay, 36 ft sail boat, fantastic crew/company, lunch, sight-seeing AND an incredible air-display? When MbD takes Friday off, we do it in style (courtesy of our ridiculously awesome boss)!
For the past year, MbD has been part of a great new project. We got a tour of the newly completed building for the Manetti Shrem art museum at UC Davis. The building has to cure and maintain a proper temperature before any art can be installed. For now, the walls are blank. The Grand Opening will be late October. We'll be back!
Road trip!! We had a blast driving the PCH and stopped for lunch with this awesome view...Tomorrow- design conference in Santa Monica, YIPPEEE!!!!
Meet our intern Chris! He has many attributes including wearing neon socks and being handy with a screwdriver...time to remove a few hard drives and get rid of some e-waste we think! Ooo look! The inside of a Mac! (In the design business...you never know what will land on your desk :)
