When we agreed to sell to Realogy in 2016, we had high hopes that their experience managing a collection of mighty national brands and an unparalleled franchise-machine would take Climb, a fresh new concept built on innovative tech, bold marketing, and a unique inclusive culture that resonated with a whole new generation of real estate agent and their clients, to a national stage, Realogy has disappointedly (and probably not surprisingly) decided to focus on other priorities ...for the time being. My understanding of the situation is that the NRT company-owned brokerages in the Bay Area are shutting down. However, the nascent Climb franchise brand still (technically) lives on - although on pause for what seems like the near future... Climb’s DNA lives on in the leadership and founding team’s future ventures - HighNote Labs in my case... stay tuned!
