Mark's involvement on this project was contracting with JGA to provide Related California with full design, construction documents and construction administration services. Mark worked directly with Steve Wright (Director of Planning &Architecture) of Related California through all phases of this charming historical renovation and was honored to be part of the Related California team who's challenge was to bring this historical community back to life

Tuscan was a simple architectural form practiced in ancient Italy. This Tuscan Style Custom Home includes, low pitched barrel-tile roofs, wood corbel details at roof, arched windows and openings, covered wood trellis, cut stone, wood shutters, pre-cast concrete trim, old world Tuscan fireplaces.
