It was a dark rainy day when we made it out on the site of the newest Mazda USA dealership in El Cajon California but we know soon it will shine! Working with United Contractors on this project to bring another beautiful dealership to San Diego, California! MBW will be installing the Prosoco Gemstone Stain Welsh Slate and a gloss finish to the concrete floors. ... Our crews will also be providing a Pli-Dek, LLC. deck coating system at multiple decks. One year ago we shared we were chosen for the opportunity to work on the Cloverfield and Broadway Apartments in Santa Monica with Zwick Construction! The end of the year is here and Del Amo and Steelwave have been working through these crazy times to bring The Press building to Costa Mesa. We have shared this monster of a project before but wanted to share some updates and celebrate the progress the Del Amo team has made. MBW is currently injecting Sika 52 Epoxy into around 2,000 LF of vertical wall cracks. Our crew will also be installing 2,500 SF of Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing EWS PUMA.... 2021 will bring the completion of this much anticipated mixed-use space in Orange County. RDS is known for their work on storage facilities and they have been awarded the Trojan Self Storage Knox project in San Jose. This 139,332 square foot project will have two - three story buildings on its site. There will be both residential and office space above the storage floors. MBW will soon be installing Sika 2C at the exterior concrete expansion joints as well as the exterior metal door frames.
