They're blooming! Our new water lilies have started to open up. This one is white, we are hoping for a peachy-pink flower across the pond. Come take a look, and read more about the Fountain Pond at https://maringarden.org/reflections-on-the-fountain-pond/

Pollinators stay busy year-round in the gardens here. The crocus are inviting and the bees are hard at work already, but you can come relax any time.

Blustery days can mean interesting finds. Here's a branch that blew down, and you can see where woodpeckers have stashed acorns deep in the wood. Too bad for the birds, the many holes most like contributed to weakening the wood so it came down in the wind. Keep your eyes and ears open, several species of woodpeckers can be found around the grounds.
