HERO pose Virasana Sit on your knees and keep your knees touching. Slide your feet apart, slightly wider than your hips, so you can sit down between your feet.... Lower down as far as you feel comfortable; hands then elbows then shoulders. Shine your chest towards the sky. If you are comfortable, hold on to opposite elbows above your head. Relax and breathe. Think to yourself, Who is my Hero? Press your hands against the floor to slowly come out of the pose. Remember it’s a Yoga practice, not perfect.
