So the gym shut down and no weights at the Dojo.....I had to go old school and get the Donte's Inferno(the garage dojo) going again....maybe a bit cramped but it will work for the time being.....Level 56 Fitness

Hey everyone..... been away for a bit working on the Academy.... but it time o get back into the fitness thing....I am going to be joining a new gym called The Gym so I can get back on my fitness. Then.... a whole new season of 30 day challenges. So stay tuned for more.

Vegetarian challenge complete. Result....loss of 9 lbs. Once again these results were without going to the gym but only teaching my Karate classes. Now next challenge will be a pollopescatarian challenge ( poultry & Fish), the difference for this challenge is I will be getting my lift on. Will keep you updated

Greetings, It has been a bit since my last post MAMF. It is as usual....work keeping me busy, running the dojo......busy.....life busy. I however am going to put a better effort in posting up here on thus page. So, this is what's going currently, I am on the tail end of a 30 Vegetarian challenge. I have to tell you it's not that, I have found that I have more energy, not as lethargic when driving up the hill and when I started the challenge I was at 225 stepped on the scale yesterday.....216 and that without going to the gym, I can only imagine where I would be weight wise if I had gone in and did my workouts. So on this the last week I am going to start back in the gym, and at the the end of the challenge 11.30 I will be switching to a pollo pescotarian 30 challenge. So stay tuned for vids of the progress.

Hello ok.... So on my Academy page I mentioned how its been a while since I have done a 30 day challenge. So Monday I will be starting a 30 day kata challenge. Now for the MAMF side of it...... I want to initiate a 30 day bench challenge. I am no where near the beast I use to be.in the gym, as my recent shoulder injury has put some limitations on me.....but to hell with all that.... So here is my challenge..... In the next 30 day I am going to attempt to get back into the 225 bench club or to exceed 225 bench club.....and hope not to re-injure my shoulder again...... wish me luck.
