It's sad to say that as of today October 24, 2020 David Hone and Philip Stover are no longer at Castro Barbers (formally Male Image) now called "Eureka Barbershop"! David left two weeks ago to the barbershop at the Academy (next door to the Swedish American Hall on Market Street)! You can reach him at 415-850-8376. Philip left today and will be cutting here and there! Philip's clients can reach him at 415-626-6087! We are sad to leave but life goes on. If you weren't a customer of David or Philip please visit James Bolten at the barbershop now named "Eureka Barbershop" 415-500-2818 (formally Male Image)! Take care and we hope to see you all somewhere in San Francisco in the future!

Barbers David Hone and Philip Stover are back together this week working their old hours again! David's schedule is Monday thru Friday 4pm to 9pm. David's customers call him at 415-850-8376 for an appointment. Philip's schedule is Tuesday thru Friday 4pm to 9pm and Saturday 10am to 4 or 5pm. Philip's customers call 415-626-6087. If not a customer of David or Philip stop by during the day before 4pm and have Jim Bolton formally from the Eureka Barbershop! He'll do a great job on you! We look forward to a new chapter at the new "Castro Barbers"!

The Castro Barbers formally Male Image is open now but starting on Thursday, David Hone and Philip Stover will be back along with Jim Bolten (new to Male Image but with years of cutting experience in the Castro)! No shop phone yet but we'll give it out here on Facebook when we get one! We look forward to the next chapter in the history of the barbershop!

Hey everyone! The barbershop formally known as Male Image now called Castro Barbers has reopened under new management with limited occupancy and hours right now. I'll be starting back tomorrow Tuesday October 6 and is taking appointments starting today! Call 415-626-6087 for Philip. Leave a message and he'll get back to you asap. David is supposed to start back also but not sure when. When we hear when we'll let you know. We look forward to a new and continued chapter in the history of the barbershop.

It's with heavy hearts that after 40 years the Male Image Barbershop will not reopen! We would like to thank all of our great customers we have had all these ye...ars! David and Philip are already working on finding another shop to work at in the neighborhood! We will let you know where and when they start to work! We'll also keep you up to date where Joseph will be! James has already moved on and retired! Thank you so much for all the great times we have been able to serve you!
