This brought tears to my eyes. People are starved for physical contact from this long isolation. This week I've opened my massage practice to my existing clients. I've got every precaution going I can think of and am happy to provide a safe-as-I-can-make-it touch therapy at the office. Be safe, be kind.

So it’s important to be aware of the simple daily stress in our lives." Stress is a slent killer, and the Covid-19 outbreak has heightened the levels in our community and country. I am currently keeping my doors open at Malama Massage and following best practices recommended by the CDC. We have augmented daily cleaning procedures at Petaluma... Wellness Arts Center with the use of stronger disinfectant products on high-touch surfaces and are being as vigilant as ever in the treatment rooms. The air filter is going strong (it's allergy season, aren't the Acacia beautiful right now?) and I'm keeping the UV feature on for all our protection. I've got gloves and masks if it makes you comfortable. Our health is of the utmost importance so stay home if you're ill and as always, I will do the same. Please come if you need some help handling stress, or have a pain condition that my work will help. Our mind and bodies are inextricably united, so take good care of yourself. Eat good food, get outside, be kind to yourself and others. Love, love ya'll!
