I couldn’t be more proud of MAX!!! He graduated Vacaville HighSchool today!! He was #8 in his class and has so many colleges to choose from... he’s grown into such an amazing young man... he’s obviously smart... but even more than that... he’s incredibly hard working and kind and funny and wise beyond his years. I have every confidence that he will do amazing things with his life. I am so sad his childhood flew by... he has been such a joy and blessing to me these past 18 years... and there’s definitely going to be an empty space in my home... but my heart is soo full wishing him all the blessings life has to offer!

I made a clock today for my art studio out of a palette... I think I might need to add NUMBERS!!

I painted a painting of the Vacaville mountains today... I took a neat photo of the mountains on Mother’s Day with my boys.. that was the inspiration... I am doing a zoom paint night in a couple weeks through the city of Vacaville if you want to paint this same (similar) painting with me lLIVE!

We sure are getting a lot of signs on our lawn... guess it’s a SIGN OF THE TIMES!!

Sooo thankful to have found my happy place this weekend... on my paddle board on a beautiful lake beneath Mt.Shasta... sooo peaceful... We all NEED moments like these more than we realize... it’s so easy to make excuses not to relax...I do it ALL the time... but once you actually take a moment to do what you enjoy with the ones you love... you never regret it...I just wish I could take EVERYONE I love to this lake !!

ART THERAPY WEEK is coming!! I am calling this next art video/ art packet peace of heart of I am excited about this one for a few reasons... first of all.. I am collaborating with DRAW BRIDGE ... an amazing nonprofit that provides art to homeless children at over 20 sites in the Bay Area! These children will be receiving art packets from me this week and watching my video... so I’m really trying to make it special and helpful ... if you would like to order a packet for... you or a loved one... please let me know- they will all be available next TUESDAY ( since Monday is a holiday)... this weeks packets will include a hand stitched sketchbook, paper, foil,markers,paint brush, burlap bag and glitter glue! $10 for everything including a video in my YouTube channel MAKE VACAVILLE!
