Igive myself a goal to get seven or eight hours of sleep every night. From first hand experience, I can tell you I feel much more alert and focused. I know sometimes it is hard to get even six hours of sleep but it is worth making sleep a priority. I leave you here some ways to achieve a better night’s sleep:... Get on a regular schedule. Aim for at least 20 minutes of sunshine every day. It triggers your brain to release chemicals that regulate sleep cycles. I recommend turning off WiFi and keeping all of your electronic devices away from your bed. Keep a journal or notebook by your bed and write down your to-do list or ruminations before you go to sleep so you can close your eyes and make it less likely for your mind to spin.
