Our VA Renovation Loans are AWESOME. Before we created them with the VA, the VA buyer could put zero down, but they’d still have to pay for any renovations on their own. Not with us. Now all the rehab costs can be rolled into the loan so ZERO down is still an option (subject to loan limits based on county). Please contact me for more info.

VA loans offer 100% financing (which means NO MONEY DOWN) for vets up to nearly $680k in LA/OC/SD counties. The loans can go higher than that limit, but at that point some down payment is required. Please contact me for more info.
