Seasonal Vegetable Plate Fresh vegetables with Quinoa and topped with Mozzarella cheese. ... Farmer’s Market Salad (Photo Below) Quinoa, mandarin oranges, artichoke hearts, red onion, arugula, sliced almonds and an oil & vinegar dressing. Buffalo Chickpea Sandwich Hummus, chickpeas, green onions, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, celery, and jalapeño. Combined with Frank’s Red Hot and served on vegan French bread. Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich Roasted eggplant, red and green bell peppers, portabello mushrooms, red onion, and pesto. Served on vegan French bread.

The Milwaukee Burger will be available today through April 30th in the Copper Cafe and Silver Bar Cocktail Lounge. This burger includes: Swiss cheese, beef patty, onion rings, dijon mustard, red cabbage slaw and sauteed onions served on marbled rye.
