Hooray for Dads!

A few things we've been working on AKA "What's taking so long?!" -Approximately 1 year of Archetectual/Structural design, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering and City Build Permit approval -Construction begins Early Spring 2019 -50% concrete slab removed to replace all underground plumbing (sanitary and grease interceptor lines)... -replace roof -replace insulation in entire building -repair electrical switch gear (vandalism) -replace ENTIRE electrical system including 4 new 200Amp panels (previous panels were stolen and vandalized) -replace ENTIRE outdoor electrical system including re-wiring all outdoor parking lights and outdoor exterior lighting -replace ALL building plumbing from main water inlet to every new fixture (previous stolen and vandalized) -add sample/test boxes to waste water discharge to ensure discharge compliance with city sanitation system -re-design all bathrooms to updated ADA compliance included moving/replacing load bearing/structural walls -repour and redesign parking/walkways to comply with updates ADA compliance -repair and resurface building exterior and paint. -build a trellis to cover trash enclosure to comply with city ordinance. -fabricate and replace trash/delivery enclosure gates We are sure there's more...and we are just as anxious and excited as all of you to get the party started!!! Looking forward to a Grand Opening the first part of 2020!!! Thank you for all of your support!!
