From the beginning, she was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and helped us to narrow down what we were looking for and steer us in the right direction. With this being our first time buying a home, we had a LOT of questions, and she was there to answer them at all hours of the day and night, sometimes even calling me back at 9 PM to take the time to explain something or update me. She was also patient, which is something that can't be expected, especially in the type of market in San Diego. There was one instance when we made an offer that actually got accepted, and then we decided not to go through with it and even after that she was patient. Then when we finally found the home we wanted, she helped us get through the whole process and had our backs. She genuinely cares for people and has shown so much compassion for us- we couldn’t be more grateful. On the day we did the final walk through and got the keys, she brought my husband and I a bottle of champagne, gave us a gift, and gave our daughter a beautiful dress (that she guessed the size for, and it fit perfectly!) Our entire family is so grateful for Lynn and would recommend her as an agent to anyone at any time. Lynn also worked with my mom and helped her to buy her home as well.
