Feeling very bad about my lack of posts on FB, but especially for not posting something on 9/11. I know I am late in posting this, but it is one of the best State Farm commercials remembering that day of absolute terror and the amazing heros involved in the aftermath and beyond. https://youtu.be/9W8VvHU6VhU

I want to apologize for my lack of updates on Facebook. I received notification that one of my posts was reported as offensive and it caused me to wonder what in the world I could possibly have posted. Of course Facebook doesn't tell you which one, only that it was removed. I will start posting again soon but wanted the people who know me to understand why I wasn't. Thank you for your continued support and business!!!!

Happy 4th of July! Each year I try to attend our Fremont 4th of July Parade to support my daughter who is the president of the Washington Township Museum of Local History. This year they had a float that featured a carriage from 1898 and it was pulled through the parade on a flat bed, decorated in patriotic colors and designs. I arrived at the parade early in the morning and this year decided to dress up for the day; wearing all red, white and blue. Little did I know that I w...ould be asked to ride in the carriage float with my 4 year old grandson. It was an experience I can't really put into words. The sounds and sights as you enter the parade flow is overwhelmingly emotional. Everyone is waving to you and smiling and you feel like you are not really yourself, but immediately grasp the realization that you are representing something very special. I am so thankful for the opportunity to ride in the parade and to enjoy it with my grandson and will remember it always. I hope all of you had an amazing day and I am so proud to live and own a business in the city I grew up in that has grown to become an incredible reflection of the diversity that makes Fremont so special. Happy 4th of July! See more

Today we celebrate the men and women who have put their lives on hold and in danger to protect ours! I am eternally grateful. I especially want to thank my son Joseph Weems who served his country with honor and pride! Memorial Day will always be a time to reflect and give thanks for the safe return of my son.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my amazing clients! Without you, I would not have a career that I love or the joy of helping others every single day. I am eternally grateful to you all! May you enjoy love and laughter this Thanksgiving. From my family to yours!

Remembering the tragedy of the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake and those that lost their lives. This was a day I will personally never forget and a reminder to me of how quickly life can change. Earthquake Insurance is critical if you live in CA. https://www.nbcbayarea.com//From-San-Francisco-to-Salinas-

The Fremont Candlelighters have been making spooky memories for 50 years for the young and and young at heart! I personally have a very special interest in this group as my mother, Sandy Fraga was a Candelighter during the 70's, 80's and 90's and now I am so proud that my daughter Kelsey Camello continues the tradition by taking her children, my grandchildren to this special place each year. On Saturday, Oct 13th, I was honored to watch Kelsey speak on behalf of the Museum ...of Local History in Fremont about the amazing displays that she designed to commemorate the 50th year for this very special organization. The displays will available for viewing throughout the 2018. season and honor the history of the Candlelighters. If you missed the Ribbon Cutting on Saturday, no worries, you can drop by and visit the Ghost House for some ghostly fun and some scares or just take the family to play games where everyone wins something or taste an Carmel Apple. I am so proud of you Kelsey and the commitment you have to Fremont and it's history. The Ghost House is open 10/13 through 10/30 and if you need more information, check out their website at http://candlelighters.com/ PS The sun was in their little eyes, so they were a little unhappy to take this photo for me. If you have been thinking about adding another furry, four legged member to the family, now is the time. Get out to the shelters and look for your forever pet. These animals are in so much need of love and they will make your life complete.

Last night I was sitting alone watching United 93 as a way of honoring and remembering the unbelievable feelings and heartache that transpired on this day 17 years ago. It was with great sadness that I watched the recreation of the people on the plane attempting to stop the devastation planned with the plane without regard for their own lives. These people are indeed heroes as are all of the people and workers who came together at a time when the world seemed to be complete...ly falling apart. Instead of destroying us, we became one in our ability to show the world that we will not be destroyed. I pray that the many families who lost loved ones know just how much we all feel for their deep loss and that we will never forget this day in our country's history. A day that felt like a nightmare that couldn't possibly be happening, yet it did and we came together as a country and showed the world that Americans are amazing. Never ever forget the lives lost. Never ever forget the devastation and pain felt by so many that day. NEVER FORGET! See more
