Hey everyone!!! so happy to be back in the salon and see you all it has been amazing! With that being said,I have some new procedures I have had to put in place just to maximize my schedule so I can see as many guests as possible. I am no longer with double booking currently , to keep number of guests in salon at one time at a minimum, which has made my availability for appointments less. All services must be booked online with deposit (besides haircuts). Hair extension...s services now be paid in full at time of booking for appointment, because I block off half of the day. Also, because of my limited availability if one of these appointments has to be rescheduled I cannot guarantee a fast appointment it could be 2 to 4 weeks before I can reschedule. Thank you for everyone’s understanding, these are new interesting times but I am so happy to be back at work with everyone’s support! please do not bring any additional guests in coming to your hair appointment, and of course if you have been sick or anyone in your household is sick please refrain from coming for at least two weeks. just a friendly reminder,my days off are Sunday and Monday and I no longer have a receptionist to answer the phone, so I will get back to all calls and texts on Tuesdays from over the weekend.

To answer a question my receptionist has been getting a lot, yes you are required to pay a deposit upon booking a service. Why? 1. To Secure that appointment on schedule and reduce last minute cancellations. Deposit is transferred if rescheduled more than 24 hrs in advance. ... 2. Yes all clients old and new must pay a deposit to book online. When a client cancels last minute or does not show up at all, I Iose time and money, not only that, but I usually have clients who try to get in the same week and I can’t accommodate them and have to turn them away they could have taken that spot. Yes emergencies happen but most of the time that is not the case. I am trying to reduce the chances of that happening. 3. I have also decided to adopt a zero tolerance policy for a no-show. If you have a scheduled appointment and do not show up without any warning to me or my receptionist, I will not reschedule you or take you as a client. Canceling over social media is not acceptable as I do not check them by the hour. What if you do not feel comfortable putting your credit card online? If you do not feel comfortable using credit card for an online deposit you can come in person to schedule your appointment and pay cash, or you can Venmo your deposit to @Asia-Longoria and my receptionist will schedule your appointment for you. If you already have an appointment scheduled, you will not need to make a deposit. I will no longer have the cancellation fee, it will be a non refundable deposit lost if cancellation is less than 24 hours. If more than 24 hours, you can apply the deposit towards your rescheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you will be asked to reschedule. I cannot jeopardize my next clients schedules because someone is late, it is unfair to the next client. ...
