Hey Lushies of Monterey, we are so ready to see you all! Our store will open tomorrow, and we will be offering a limited capacity and contactless shopping experience. This means that you will be able to shop inside, with social distancing in mind. How does it work? 1. We will be wearing face coverings and require you to wear one, too, for a safe shopping experience for all (face shields can be worn along with a face covering, but not alone). 2. Once you enter our shop, we ask... that you wash your hands in order to pick up the product. You can then totally give the product a sniff- with your mask on and over your nose! 3. If you prefer not to wash your hands upon shop entry, we will guide you around the shop and pick up your products for a contactless shopping experience. 4. We accept cash, card, & Applepay/Googlepay as payment at our checkout area and will also be accepting 5 black pots in exchange for a fresh face mask! You can expect extra safety precautions from our team, like wiping down all payment tools like pin pads after each use. We won’t be offering contact demos at this time, but our expert Sales Ambassadors will help guide you through our amazing product ranges at a safe distance. Lushies of Monterey, I am so excited to be opening up this location and wanted to introduce myself! My name is Laura and I'm the Store Manager of our new location inside Del Monte Shopping Center. I've lived in Monterey for over 14 years and in my free time, I like to hike, cook, and watch horror films. Previously, I was the Store Manager for the Lush located in Carmel-by-the-Sea and I am eager to continue to connect with familiar Lushies in the area, as well as meet some new... Lushies in my city of Monterey! My favorite Lush product right now is Magic Crystals Shower Scrub because not only does it polish my skin and slough away any dry, rough skin to leave me soft and smooth, it also helps to cool me down on these hot October days we get on the Central Coast and it helps to alleviate any aches and pains I might be experiencing. Lastly, it’s bright purple and beautiful, and a perfect addition to my shower line-up for spooky season. We will be opening one week from today on Monday, October 19th!
