Sierra Madre has been a place of trick or treating job for as far back as I can remember and as far back as I can recall, the Lunch Salon has been passing out balloons to bring joy on the special Halloween Day. Saddened by the thought of missing all the smiling trick-or-treaters in their fantastic costumes, the hair stylists at Lunch Salon styled up a plan to bring balloon joy to the town this year. They called the only number they knew, the man with enough hot air to help th...em devise their plan Ballooney Tooney! This man may not have eyes, but he has an eye for fashion. He arrived at the speed of a balloon letting out air when you don’t get the knot tied in time. The balloon extravaganza is saved!!! Ballooney Tooney has a new destiny, to show the town of Sierra Madre some love. If you wake up early on October 31st you may be able to spot him sprinkling balloons throughout the town. See more
