Today we have a tiki party for the old Constables of Northern Renaissance faire. My old guild. We are calling it the Constable Roll Call. SHould be fun

things are moving along. The R&D nights are resulting in some great food and drinks. Met with our designer this week. He thinks we can really build an amazing tiki experience for you all. It will be epic. If you know us we are into epic. :) stay tuned

First up Chef Josh serves up seared ahi sliders with a wasabi yogurt and scallions.
