LTTN family, It’s that special event of the year again. It’s time to pack your shoebox. As we start this project we encourage you to include this operation in ...your prayer, pray for everyone involved and for the child/ren who will recieve shoebox gifts. This is an opportunity for us to reach out to others beyond our region and share the love of God through our gifts. HOW TO PACK YOUR SHOEBOX GIFT: 1. Get a shoebox ( Pre-printed boxes are available through our church) 2. Pray for the child who will recieve your gift. And determine wether your gift will be for a boy or a girl and in which age category; 2-4, 5-9, or 10-14. 3. Fill your shoebox with items such as fun toys, clothes, shoes, socks, school supplies, and non-liquid hygiene items. (Please sanitize each gift Item before packing). 4. Label and donate $9.00 to cover shipping. Include a personal note of encouragement with a photo 5. All shoebox gifts must collected by November 15, 2020. DO NOT INCLUDE: Food, candy, toothpaste, used items, war-related items, seeds, any liquids, medicines, vitamins,fragile items like glass containers, or aerosol cans. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic things will be a bit different on how to pack our shoebox gifts. With that to consider, more information will be announced this Sunday, Oct 16, so please don’t miss out!
