Designed for family law lawyers with limited trial experience, the seminar features a panel of AAML Fellows/family law experts who will be discussing a wide range of family law trial topics, including opening statements, direct examination, cross-examination, presentation of documentary and electronic evidence, special expert witness considerations, closing arguments and avoiding pitfalls.
