Passed by a solo vehicle fatal accident scene and did scene analysis as an exercise; found 3rd party liability- likely financial recovery est. $500K to $1.5 Million, for three minor children who lost their Dad- both of the Mom's refuse to make any claim whatsoever! What the ?&#%#@!? Note: I said refuse to make a claim for their young children- not retained another attorney- refused to make any claim, waiving it!
