Hello friends! Just a reminder, this De-stress and Unwind Special requires a firm appointment. If nobody books an appointment in advance, we won't be there. So, if you intend to show up, kindly let us know what time slot you want. As of now, we have all appointments available, one hour each, beginning at 9 am, and finishing at 6 pm (last appointment at 5 pm). We are excited to welcome the author, Stacey Greene, this Sunday for the launch of her second book! This is all about grief -- and the accompanying feelings of guilt, anger, sadness, etc.; and how she worked through that to acceptance, closure, and joy. There will be prizes, snacks, an interview with the author, and a chance to get your book signed -- if you get one. (NO obligation whatsoever to buy this book, or her first book, "Stronger than Broken", although we'd love it if you do.) Please stop in any time between 3:30 and 6. See you there!
