This morning got to go to my favorite place This season of growth and new beginnings needs to be balanced with fun and sun and playtime So grateful for clients, friends, and family that have been so understanding as I find balance with taking care of my health, my kiddos and fur babies and house, and being of service. Life is such a beautiful balancing act, and when we can flow and surrender and be ok with ourselves as we show up every day and see where we are at, and ...work with that. I feel like this time that we have had to do some introspection has really been a level up as far as awareness of where we need to heal, and how to practice self care Which to me is just being kind to yourself and really valuing yourself and not feeling guilty taking care of your needs and enjoying your life I’ve had low grade depressions since I was a teen, and continually seeing that will help have good mental health is key A surf session really makes a difference! I’ve been exhausted and needing lots of rest and sleep And this morning taking the dogs to the park, just laying on the earth, feeling held, doing a simple meditation to open up and nourish my root and earth star (the chakra below the root, in the earth below our bodies) It felt so good, then the crown was calling and so on. It was a short fun and flowy way to check in and work with my energy and feel better. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still tired. Aaah last night was just amazing, an intimate evening to be vulnerable, to share and open up, to journey and heal with community Feeling oh so grateful Thank you to those who showed up with your whole heart and soul and presence. Some of the themes/messages that came up were the value in speaking from the heart, to slow down and keep focused on your goals, to share of yourself on a deeper level, to not hold back if you need to say something from the heart, that we can co...nnect on these beautiful deeper levels and laugh together at the same time. That we all have a wisdom and guidance within our hearts. That the magic of our world and ourselves is so amazing, much more than we might have been taught.
