This was another color correction. I had to do a reverse balayage. This takes strategy and focus. It’s like doing a Balayage but in reverse. What I mean by that is you have to know where to place depth (natural root) back in and in angles that will look the most natural. All while still adding lighter to get rid of the orange. Being back has been a mix of emotions. So many changes like wearing a mask & glasses all day. Eating lunch in my car. Having to follow new guidelines before starting a service (temperature check, washing hands, sanitizing everything between clients). I know these changes are for the safety of myself and my clients. So, that is very important to me. The GOOD is seeing my clients in my chair again. If it’s a refresh or a transformation. I’m witnes...sing their confidence boost. The gratitude I hear from clients for what I do, has been the biggest blessing. Ultimately, I’m so so glad to be back Oh yeah! The girls make fun of me because I still find it hard not wear lipstick.
